This research was 2016-2017 years of the Selcuk University Faculty Agriculture Department Horticulture Research and practice carried out in greenhouse. Study Yalova Atatürk Central Horticultural Institute, Ata-77, Bolverim-77, Doruk-77, Dorukhan-77, Eren-77, Erenoğlu-77, Hilal-77 strawberry varieties. After planted seedlings reached 5-6 leaf stage, after irrigation at field capacity, drought application made until plants lost their turgor. implementation varieties with healing period watering again losses to determine. In cultivars, significant decreases occurred amount protein drought. recovery drought, amounts increased again. Drought treatment significantly proline content all cultivars compared control. Catalase enzyme activity as a result both years. There slight decrease period. study, peroxidase control, application. superoxide dismutase little while decreased control level during
